Refund policy

At HouseGuard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below:


1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
You have 5-7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as "Final Sale").
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Intimate goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
  • Gift cards and downloadable software.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 03185941123 or houseguardproducts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (Bank Transfer , Sadapay etc.).
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at houseguardproducts@gmail.com and specify your order number and the item you would like in exchange.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at houseguardproducts@gmail.com.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 03185941123 or houseguardproducts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.


6. Canceling or Modifying Orders

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.
